By using the website www.simplysharing.org, you ONLY consent to the website using functional cookies.
The website collects and/or records NO other cookies – either in the form of tracking on the website or other information. NOTHING whatever is disclosed to third parties. - Membership of the association
If you decide to join Simply Sharing, we record and store the following personal information: name, address and email.
This information is only used as a members list in order to inform of any member-relevant activities – such as payment of dues and convening a general meeting. No personal information is disclosed to third parties.
Deletion of personal dataIf you chose to cancel your membership all personal data will be Immediately deleted.
Please note If you are listed as a sponsor (see section 3 below).
Termination of membership must be done by contacting the society’s board of directors – see the statutes of the association article 3.
When withdrawing from the association, it does not affect the legality of collection and processing of your information prior to the withdrawal. - Sponsoring Simply Sharing’s activities
If you give your consent to be registered as a sponsor your name and email will be stored.
This information is only used so we can contact you regarding any significant changes in the association – for example in relation to the purpose of the association or if Simply Sharing is to be dissolved. No personal information is disclosed to third parties.
Deletion of personal dataUpon closing the association, you will be informed first, after which all personal information will be immediately deleted.
You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to the association at mail@simplysharing.org.
Withdrawing your consent to be registered as a sponsor does not affect the legality of the collection and processing of your information prior to your withdrawal. - Newsletter
Newsletters are sent by email. You can only receive newsletters if you are a member of the association and/or are listed as a sponsor. If neither of these two conditions is met, your email will be automatically deleted from the newsletter list.
If you have given your consent to receive the association’s newsletter, we will store your email for this purpose for only as long as you wish.
A newsletter will typically be sent quarterly during the project’s work on the website, building www.lakhalama.org, or if there are other activities around the project and/or the association of a significant newsworthy nature. No personal information is disclosed to third parties.
Unsubscribe from the newsletterYou can unsubscribe from the association’s newsletter at any time by sending an email to mail@simplysharing.org from the email in question, writing “Unsubscribe” in the subject field.
Withdrawing your consent to the newsletter does not affect the legality of the collection and processing of your data prior to the withdrawal.
